Amanda Kruse - Athletic TrainerMBA, LAT, ATC
Amanda Kruse has dedicated her career to helping individuals return to the activities they love. “Athletic training gives me the opportunity to work with physically active individuals by identifying and assisting them in their return to activity. The ability to help someone overcome an injury and return to the physical activity that they enjoy makes the job worthwhile.”

Amanda’s education and experience make her an invaluable asset to the Optivus Physical Therapy team where she leads the Athletic Training area of specialty and works with high schools and colleges in the Mankato area.

Q: How did you decide to work at Optivus Physical Therapy?
A: I believe in the mission and vision that Optivus Physical Therapy has, and the values held by its employees. The culture of excellence makes patients choose to make appointments at Optivus and that is something I want to be a part of.

Q: What is one thing you’d like every patient to walk away with from their experience at Optivus Physical Therapy?
A: I would like every person to walk away feeling better than they did when they came in, be it physically, emotionally, mentally, or all three.

Q: When you’re not busy working, tell us what you enjoy doing with your free time.
A: I enjoy being active and spending time outdoors with my husband, daughter, and dog.
